These terms cover your use of the PMU Aftercare Tracker app (the "app"), made by BloomStudio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
PMU Aftercare Tracker gives you a day-by-day guide for the preparation and healing period around permanent makeup procedures — microblading, powder brows, lip blush, eyeliner, and scalp micropigmentation — along with reminders, a photo journal, and a plain-language symptom check ("is this normal?"). It's a self-help and organizational tool built around general healing timelines, not a diagnostic or medical device.
Nothing in the app — including the healing timeline, reminders, or the "is this normal?" tool — is medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for consulting your PMU artist or a qualified healthcare provider. Healing varies between people and procedures; if you notice signs of infection, an allergic reaction, or anything that concerns you, contact your artist or a medical professional directly rather than relying on the app.
The app stores your procedure info, photos, reminder settings, and preferences locally on your device only — there's no account and no server-side copy of your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy. Because of this, we have no way to back up, recover, or transfer your data on your behalf — losing or resetting your device means losing that data unless you've saved it elsewhere yourself.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose, and not to:
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and to the App Store or Google Play terms under which you downloaded it. All other rights in the app — including its design, content, and branding — remain with us.
Some features (the reminder system and photo journal) require a one-time unlock, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All payment processing, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms — we don't process payments ourselves and can't issue refunds directly. Purchases unlock features on the device and account they were made on, subject to the platform's own rules on sharing across your devices.
If you've reached the app through a specific PMU studio's link, it may display that studio's name, colors, and contact or booking information. That studio is responsible for its own services and any booking or communication you have with them directly — it doesn't make them a party to these terms, and we're not responsible for a studio's services, availability, or advice.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the healing guidance will match your individual experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any harm resulting from reliance on its aftercare guidance in place of professional medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any of its features, at our discretion — for example if we retire it or change how it works — though because we hold no account data, "terminating" your access mainly means the app itself no longer being available to you.
We may update the app or these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence give you additional rights that can't be waived.
